Food & Beverage
Levy Restaurants oversees all food and beverage services for KeyArena at Seattle Center. Services include general concessions, premium seating and back of house food and beverage service.
Leading the culinary team at the Arena is Executive Chef Melody Portillo. Before joining the team at KeyArena, Portillo was the Senior Sous Chef at CenturyLink Field and Event Center and is no stranger to the incredible food culture of the Seattle region. Portillo collaborates with the Arena to create menus that surprise guests with new items and local favorites. Working with Portillo is Director of Operations Jim Larkin for Levy Restaurants at KeyArena. Larkin will oversee Levy operations at the Arena and lead the entire team to help KeyArena and AEG create the best possible experience for guests and add to the excitement of each event at the Arena.
