Tim McGraw and his band, the Dancehall Doctors, will kick off an extensive North American tour in support of his new album, Southern Voice, which was released this week by Curb Records. Lady Antebellum will be a special guest on the entire tour. Love And Theft will open for the tour. Recorded in Nashville with his longtime producer, Byron Gallimore (Faith Hill, Sugarland), Southern Voice is McGraw’s first studio album in two and a half years, following Let It Go, which debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 in April of 2007. McGraw recently gave the title track, which is his current single, its national television debut on "NFL OPENING KICKOFF 2009 PRESENTED BY EA SPORTS,” which was simulcast on NBC and NFL Network.
