The award winning KeyArena at Seattle Center, which opened its doors on October 26, 1995, has entertained over 17 million guests as Seattle’s premier venue for sports, concerts and family entertainment. Its unique design provides sports and concert fans an intimate entertainment experience with spectacular sightlines and acoustics, uncommon in arenas of similar size. Enjoy convenient concession and merchandise areas and three nearby parking garages for more than 2,000 vehicles.
Home to the WNBA’s Seattle Storm, Seattle University Men’s Basketball and the Rat City Rollergirls, KeyArena at Seattle Center also hosts entertainment’s most acclaimed talent from music’s biggest stars to popular family shows. Since its opening in 1995, KeyArena has hosted entertainment's biggest names such as: Pearl Jam, Celine Dion, Elton John, Metallica, Jay-Z, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Aerosmith, Simon & Garfunkel, Madonna, Jimmy Buffet, the UFC, and countless others. KeyArena has entertained thousands of families with shows from The Harlem Globetrotters, Disney On Ice, WWE, NCAA and NBA Finals.
Tickets to all KeyArena events are available at the KeyArena West Box Office located on the West Plaza along 1st Avenue North. The West Box Office, located on 1st Avenue, is open Monday – Saturday 10 am – 6 pm. The KeyArena East Box Office is open on event days only, one and a half hours before tip-off-half time for all games and two hours prior to event start time through the first 30 minutes of the event.
In 2008, AEG Facilities entered into a partnership with the City of Seattle that called for the Los Angeles-based international sports, entertainment and venue organization to provide support services, including event programming, sponsorship and premium seating sales, mareketing and advertising.
